amazing view perfect beach unfriendly staff gym maintenance

The room had an AMAZING view, facing the sea. I found the beach and pool area satisfactory. Cleaning service was punctual. They always came at the right time.

The staff was NOT friendly AT ALL. I mean front desk employees. Pearl lounge employees were unhelpful. The food took a while to come. The gym was not big. it was under maintenance .

the location provided convenient access to several attractions. the gym was well-equipped, a bonus for keeping up with workouts (i used the treadmills). staff was generally supportive and kind .

the club lounge felt subpar compared to other experiences. drink options during happy hour lacked quality and variety. the pool area felt small and often overcrowded with day guests.

the room had smart controls for lights and curtains. in-room dining was easy and tasty. the housekeeping was really good. They kept everything very clean.

the gym needed more free weights.

The receptionist checked me in very early. It was 3am. The hotel sits opposite Emirates Palace and Presidential Palace. I found that the complimentary bus from Yas Island was useful.

The minibar was completely empty. I was surprised. The tv screen was broken. I was unable to relax during my downtime. In-room amenities felt outdated for a hotel of this level.

Really good stay!

prompt service attentive staff helpful suggestion nice visit

The staff provided prompt service. They fulfilled every request for our children within minutes. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. The concierge team offered helpful suggestions. My kids were eager to return. Staff at the entrance assisted us, helping with the stroller and purchases, as well as our children.

I observed that the gym facilities were not as large as expected, and some equipment was under maintenance, affecting the overall workout experience.

The king room had a balcony, with an amazing view. New water and towels were supplied daily. Housekeeping was efficient, so the room was clean ALWAYS. This added to my comfort.

the staff are kind and supportive. rooms are very clean. the technology used is wonderful, (especially the modern tv). the rooms are very calm, offering a nothing noisy.

i found that the pool area was sometimes overcrowded with day guests, limiting space.

the gym includes multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. there is a spa with massage procedures. the pools are beautifully maintained, offering clean and relaxing areas, and include infinity pools .

the staff is amazingly kind and professional and provide excellent assistance. room service is very quick, and the reception staff is collaborative. breakfast offers many choices with excellent service.
